The TCR11 "Going Long" Theatre - Seminar Theatre 2

Here is the latest schedule for the TCR11 "Going Long" Theatre - Seminar Theatre 2 - at the TCR Show (www.tcrshow.com) which takes place at Sandown Park, Esher this coming weekend - 11th-13th February 2011.

*** Seminars are included in the cost of entry, no need to book but arrive early! ***

There are two seminar options available at the show, with the 220 Triathlon Live! Seminar Theatre 1 also in operation on Saturday and Sunday. You can check out the current schedule for that HERE.

Learn to Run Faster! From 5K to Ironman.
Mike will analyse some of the reasons why you are not running fast enough and explain the Principles, Strategies and Techniques you can apply to improve your speed and running efficiency. The Running School team will be analysing the running technique of athletes during the seminar, and will include case studies of elite Ironman athletes.

Recovery Workshop
One of the dangers of stepping up to long distance triathlon is overtraining. This session is designed to give you some practical tips to help spot the signs of over training and improve recovery from training stress. Session will also look at Heart Rate Variability - the training fatigue & recovery tool.
