The second instalment of Nice2Tri's Triathlon clinics with Elite Triathlete Richard Allen will be coming up in May. This time Rich will be guiding you through the techniques of swimming and racing in open water such as deep water starts, drafting, sighting and turning around buoys.

This clinic will cater for beginners to elite level..definitely not to be missed!

Important Details:

Date: Saturday May 29th.

Time: 10am.

Location: Redrick Lane, High Wych, Near Harlow/Sawbridgeworth, Herts.

Cost: Free Coaching/£5 Lake Charge.

What To Bring: Race Suit, Wetsuit, Goggles, Swim Hat, Body Glide, Towel, Drink, Warm Clothing.
