Hot news in from Ironman UK 70.3. A great win for Britain's Phil Graves, from Team ActivInstinct (www.teamactivinstinct.com). Second out of the water, he hit the bike hard and then lead the whole way for a win of around one minute over Stephen Bayliss. 2007 and 2008 winner Fraser Cartmell was third.

Julie Dibens exited the water first, lead throughout the bike but was caught on the run by Catriona Morrison, who has been having a great season to date. Defending champ Bella Bayliss was third.
