With the ITU World Duathlon Championships in Rimini being covered here for the elite races and here for the age groupers and the BG World Cup in Lorient having coverage here, this section is just for the domestic races that we had on the calendar this weekend.

Saturday's timetable was dominated by the FGS Xtreme Terrain Festival at Hawley Lake near Camberley in Surrey. The full distance triathlon event was won by Colin Dixon in 2:04:23 and Sally Piesse in 2:30:24 while the sprint distance triathlon was won by Jamie Lowden in 1:16:54 and Tracey Haseldine in 1:22:57. The duathlon brigade were catered for with a full distance race won by Henry Brown in 2:07:32 and Kim Hurst in 2:21:27 while the shorter sprint duathlon was won by Tom Underhill in 1:09:18 and Frances Pressner in 1:35:26. The fun didn't stop there as there was also an aquathlon, won by Nicholas Tipper in 1:04:00 and Louise Bardsley in 1:10:44 plus a good old 10k trail run which was won by Phil Jelly in 0:40:18 and Mary Brooking in 0:47:18.

Results for the Cleveland Kids Aquathlon are here, there's nothing so far from the Cairngorm Adventure Triathlon, the other race on Saturday.

Sunday morning and Woking's Pool in the Park saw the fifth and final race in their Aquathlon Series. Winners of the main race were Jason Harris in 0:20:07 and Catherine Ferguson in 0:29:03. A full set of results is here (look for a certain Mr Holloway...) and results for the children's race are here.

One event that wasn't submitted to the calendar was 4Life's Stanford Hall Duathlon. Jez Cox (Team Bike and Run/Alpha) made it three wins in seven days with a 1:13:43 and is now looking to hit a career total of 50 by the end of the season - he's on 47 with four more planned races before he takes a break. The women's winner was Rose Metalli (Newbury AC) in 1:32:27. A full set of results for the adult race is here.

The guys up at Kudu Bikes enjoyed running the Kendal Sprint Triathlon so much they put on another one to mark the end of the year. Winners were Rich Hunt (Kudu Bikes) in 1:04:28 and Corina Lunn in 1:25:39. A full set of results are here.

A big turn-out for Just Racing's Roade Triathlon where the overall winners were Hwyel Davies (Planet X) in 0:55:33 and Tri247's Athlete of the Month, Juliet Vickery (Cambridge Tri) in 1:00:15. A set of results, no splits, is here.

North of the Border, the Mid Argyll Triathlon sponsored by MacQueen Brothers (wonder if that's the same MacQueens who used to print all the targets for the Army...) the winners were Angus Peden in 1:03:26 and Mairi Crawford in 1:11:45. A set of results is here.

The South Shropshire Sprint was won by Nick Slim (Tewkesbury Tri Club) in 1:11:47 and Grace Chillingsworth (Shrewsbury Masters) in 1:23:08. A provisional set of results without splits is here.

Results are also in from the Ilkley Triathlon. The ladies winner was Kelly Harrison while the men's winner was Jonty Bright.
