Two times for Trees

Mike Trees, recently appointed GB Duathlon Team Manager and probably more widely known for his efforts in promoting first Orca and now 2XU as brands in the UK, made it two years in a row as winner of the Burnham Joggers Cliveden run. Great to see a triathlete out in front of all the other runners and he was by no means alone in the field with representation from Hillingdon TriStars, Eton Triathletes, Farnham, Spelthorne and more besides. The race always sells out and the route never seems to be quite the same each year but it's always somewhere around 6 miles and includes two ascents of the 170+ main steps from the Thames to the house -- well worthy of a note in the diary for 2007. See the Burnham Joggers website for more information: www.burnhamjoggers.org.uk
