Edmonton: GB Age Group medals (Sprint)

As well as the Elite Junior World Championships, Friday's racing at the ITU World Triathlon Grand Final in Edmonton, Canada featured the Age Group Sprint Distance World Championships.

The Great Britain Age Group team collected a total of 13 medals: Two Gold, Eight Silver and Three Bronze.

The fastest British male overall was Edward Castro (Gold, M25-29, 1:01:18), with Paul Ryman scond fastest (Silver, M30-34, 1:01:26) - they were the fourth and fifth fastest Age Group athletes overall, respectively.

The fastest British female overall was Stephanie Mottram (Silver, F25-29, 1:08:40) with Claire Vallance (Silver, F35-39, 1:09:52) - they were the fourth and seventh fastest Age Group female athletes overall, respectively.
