Welcome to the newsletter

So much for suggesting that we were over the worst of the weather in last weeks newsletter - the Epic Events Duathlon in St. Helens had to be cancelled yesterday due to snow for the second time!

This week on Tri247 we will be continuing our countdown to the TCR Show 2010 which takes place on 13th/14th Feb at Sandown Park. As well as profiling many of the exhibitors, we will also be bringing you details of the events and features you can see and take part in, as well as information on how to see the show on a budget - important, despite what the Government claims about our current 'recovery'...

When you get to the show, EVERYONE could be a winner ...check out your free goodie bags on arrival, take a trip to the Tri247 stand (I35) and see if you are going to be walking away with a prize. Check out the site this week for more details.

Very little to report in terms of multisport racing action this week, however we did spot a couple of triathletes performing strongly at the Southern Cross Country Champs. Read on for more details.
