The annual Virgin London Marathon always attracts plenty of triathletes to race alongside the best runners (and fancy dress costumes) in the world.

Here are a few (email via [email protected] if we've missed any), triathlete-related names who we've spotted towards the front end of the results lists:

Phil Anthony	2:16:40	Third British finisher overall for the athlete we are pretty sure is the 'Fast Phil' of Deal Tri fame some years back, member of the British Elite Duathlon team. Amazing result.
Ian Leitch	2:26:45	British Cross Triathlon Champion and XTERRA Japan winner in 2010.
Mark Couldwell	2:27:42	Age Group World Champ (Vancouver 2008) and many other Tri/Du wins.
John Franklin	2:28:31	First GB Age Grouper Kona 2009 and 2011 Marshman Triathlon winner.
