OK, this one's crossed over from our sister site, Run247, but it's obviously got connections to triathlon, especially for anyone recovering from injury and wanting to reduce the impact on their muscular or skeletal system. The AlterG anti-gravity treadmill was developed with NASA as a way of designing effective exercise programmes for astronauts but the way that it effectively reduces the body's weight with a patented air support system means you can reduce the impact of running without having to stop running.
