For as long as we can remember Gatorade has been all about one thing - hydration during exercise. From American football touchlines to on-course at Ironman events around the world - and a million corner shops and gas stations in between - it was what you reached for because you knew what it was and what it did.

But that's all about to change as they re-brand themselves with a range of three products under the G Series Pro banner; Prime for before, Perform for during and Recover for post-exercise recovery. The new products will be available to buy in stores from November 20th, follow @GatoradeUK for more information. To launch their new range they held a training day attended by a host of athletes, triathletes and cyclists and we send Paul Shanley along with his trusty video camera to capture the moment.
