A very brief recap of what seems to have been a very tough day in Tenby saw an extremely close win for Jeremy Jurkiewicz (FRA) in 9:04:20 just ahead of Aaron Farlow (AUS) in 9:04:25 with third spot going to Bruno Clerbout (BEL) in 9:07:59. The early finishers definitely got the best of the weather with conditions turning pretty wet and wild as the evening progressed. We have finish line video of the top men here.

The women's race results online don't seem to match up that well with the results data but the lady clutching the finish line tape is definitely Kristin Moeller. The official Ironman report has her time at 10:01:19 although she's not listed at all in the tracking system with Anja Ippach second in 10:15:58 and Stefanie Adam third in 10:40:58.

The leading Welsh competitor, who also led out the swim, was Simon Oliver and here's a short video featuring a post-finish chat in recovery.
