CompuTrainer UK are pleased to announce the signing of Yvette Grice and Fraser Cartmell on three year contracts.

Yvette Grice is the current Ironman UK champion.

Racing as a professional athlete since 2006, Yvette has made consistent gains but that Ironman victory proved elusive. 2010 was a breakthrough year for her as she won her first Ironman title in Bolton at Ironman UK and hopes to use this as a springboard for more success.

Of her new sponsorship Yvette said “I am really excited to be working in partnership with CompuTrainer. Cycling has been the weaker of my disciplines in Triathlon and has often let my swim and run down. After seeing CompuTrainer’s impressive record with other triathletes, I hope and am confident CompuTrainer can help to bring my cycling up to a level that will help me gain further improved success”

Yvette’s first race of 2010 will be Ironman South Africa on April 10.

Fraser Cartmell is also the current Ironman UK champion taking victory at Bolton in August 2010.

2010 was also a breakthrough year for Fraser Cartmell. Invited to be part of the Trek/K-Swiss team he repaid their faith with victories at Ironman UK, Ironman UK 70.3 and South Africa 70.3 as well as fourth place at the inaugural Abu Dhabi triathlon.

As a triathlete at the top of his game you might be wondering why he would want to be sponsored by CompuTrainer. You can see his full response here by watching this video but in a nutshell he replied “It’s a fantastic tool for good quality sessions especially in the winter to help me step up to the next level. The number of high quality athletes that use it speaks volumes for the credibility”
