Iwan Thomas MBE is one of the UK's greatest ever 400m track runners. His personal best of 44.36 seconds set in 1997 is still the British record today.

In a distinguished career Iwan earned medals at Commonwealth, European, World and Olympic level, plus European Cup and World Cup golds. And now Iwan is having a go at...triathlon!

Last week Iwan gave us his first video update and now, a few days before his first triathlon at Blenheim, Iwan has his hands on a bike...but hasn't yet managed to add the pedals. Prepared? No...but that's the 'plan'!
