A day in the training life of Joe Skipper...

Alex Juggins from Tri Expo (www.triexpo.co.uk) spent a day recently with Great Britain's ITU World Long Distance Championship Bronze medal winner, Joe Skipper, getting the inside track on his training.

Joe is racing this coming weekend at Challenge Wanaka (previewed HERE), and will be hoping his efforts in recovering from a bike crash over the Christmas period will be rewarded with a good performance. This video covers both his regular training but also provides an insight into his rehab and recovery from the injuries incurred in that crash.

Joe will be appearing this year at Tri Expo, which takes place from 18th-20th March at Eventcity in Manchester. For more details and to book tickets, visit their website HERE.
