Hollie Cradduck - Inspired for Kona by family tragedy

British Age-Group athlete Hollie Cradduck (, started her Ironman journey in Tenby in 2013. "I wasn't very athletic... I just wanted to complete one", but she finished in just over 14 hours. That joy soon turned to tragedy as she was told after the race that her neice, Rosie - "we were more like siblings" - had died the night before the Ironman. She them promised to get to Kona in memory of Rosie. A year later she returned to Ironman Wales - and she qualified.

Joanne Murphy (, chatted to Hollie in Kona prior to the race, to find out more about her journey and also about the charity she is raising money for in memory of Rosie. An truly inspiring story, watch the interview below to find out more.
