Four years ago today (11th March 2011), a huge tsunami devastated Eastern Japan. Mike and Rieko Trees along with the help of Emilio De Soto set up Tri4Japan to help in anyway they could.

Life is still not back to normal, but their one day Ocean camps really are helping the locals get over their fear of the water. This year in the Kamaishi Triathlon will finally be held once again in the region, a great set forward.
