Tri Dynamic Launch New Website with Exclusive Series of Darren Smith Video Coaching Guides

Triathlon training specialists Tri Dynamic have just launched their brand new website www.tridynamic.co.uk.

The new site is jam packed with an exclusive new series of video coaching guides from Elite Coach Darren Smith, who coaches GB's current WTS World #1 Jodie Stimpson, Olympic silver medallist & 4 x World Champ Lisa Norden and Irish Olympian & London Grand Final Silver Medallist Aileen Reid among his stellar Dsquad. Tri Dynamic is the only company in the world organising tri camps and coaching services for age group athletes with Darren Smith.

Here is your chance to be coached by Darren Smith in his series of swim, run and core technique video guides. He shares the secrets of how he coaches some of the best triathletes in the world right now and how you can be a faster and more efficient triathlete. Check out this video of Darren chatting to Jodie Stimpson about her outstanding 2013 season and looking forward to 2014.

The new video technique guides are responsive via mobile, tablet and home computers. They are broken down into easy to understand stages and feature Darren Smith explaining exactly how he coaches his elite Dsquad athletes in swimming, running and core technique to help them stay ‘bulletproof' and injury free. Filmed on a glorious sunny day at the beautiful Hampton outdoor pool you will want to just dive in and join Jodie Stimpson who is training in the background! Jodie is also on hand to demonstrate the correct technique in Darren's videos.

Elite Dsquad Head Coach Darren Smith said;

"We've really enjoyed organising Age Group camps with Tri Dynamic from Canberra to Morzine and London with some amazing improvements. Our new video technique guides will open up the opportunity to athletes who may not previously have been able to attend one of our camps.

Now they can benefit from learning how we work with our Elites and how it can benefit age groupers in improving their performance."

The video coaching guides are the latest addition to the Tri Dynamic line up of high attention triathlon training camps with world class coaches including Joe Friel, Darren Smith and Dan Bullock. The new website will also feature training plans, articles and videos from past and present PRO triathletes, Elite Coaches and Age Groupers as well as equipment reviews and nutrition advice from world class experts including Dr Liz Broad who also advises the Dsquad. Via the Tri Dynamic website you can set up your account, save and share your favourite videos, downloads and articles.

Tri Dynamic has teamed up with some of the best brands in triathlon including Huub, PowerBar, Sigma Sport, CycleOps Power, Skinfit and Blue Competition Cycles to offer exclusive support to Tri Dynamic athletes.

Next up for Tri Dynamic is their Darren Smith Morzine AG Camp with the Dsquad in July where you get to spend four quality days learning from Darren Smith, Jodie Stimpson and the Dsquad athletes as they prepare for the upcoming WTS Hamburg race.

Tri Dynamic have also just released details of their new 2015 triathlon training camps including two new Dan Bullock Tenerife Swim Faster Camps and the Mallorca Spring Tri Camp with coaching legend Joe Friel & 9 Endurance Coaching's Will Newbery. That will be the only tri in Europe with Joe Friel in 2015.
