"I don't know much else, but I do know a lot about triathlon..."

In this final part of a three part series of interviews with 16-time iron-distance champion Bella Bayliss, I chat to Bella about her transition from 'athlete' to 'coach', a role she is undertaking at Sands Beach Resort in Lanzarote - "I thought I was busy before (as an athlete), I'm busier than ever now."

We chat about the challenges of changing your 'selfish' focus as an athlete, to constantly thinking about others as a coach. We talk about her coaching approach, "I'm strict... I don't accept things that are not done properly", her coaching influences and her future plans.

And somehow I leave her crying at the end! A must watch - see links below for parts one and two of this great series.
