The undoubted star attraction at the 2014 Triathlon Show was 'The Man', six time Ironman World Champion Dave Scott.

Dave was last over in the UK at Sandown Park four years ago (when I last interviewed him), and while it may be close on 20 years since Dave was performing at the front end of the Kona field, his popularity and status shows no signs of diminishing.

We managed to secure some quiet time with Dave to talk about turning 60 years of age (difficult to believe, I know), coaching Rachel Joyce and her prospects for 2014, how fast Chrissie might have gone at Kona, racing a young Lance Armstrong and the prospects for his son Drew Scott continuing the Scott legacy... and more.

Packed audiences for his seminars and queues of people waiting to grab an autograph or photograph with one of the icons of our sport this past weekend made Dave the busiest man at the show.
