Yesterday we brought you an interview with Bella Bayliss, winner of Challenge Henley 2013 in her final professional long distance event. For Bella it was a fitting end to a career which brought her 16 wins over the iron-distance as she begins the next phase of her triathlon life in the coaching arena.

Winner of the men's race in Henley was former British Ironman record holder Tom Lowe. For Tom, 2013 has been a disappointing season and the win in Henley was just what he needed, "for my head, as much as anything else" he told us. Paul Shanley chatted to Tom a day after the race to get his views on his performance and also what his plans were for the remainder of the season. With some "late season form" he was looking to put it to good use in the coming weeks.
