In the weekend preview we highlighted the half-iron distance ICAN Malaga triathlon in Spain, which featured British athletes Joe Skipper and Nicolas Ward Muñoz.

Both performed well, Joe just dipping under the four hour mark to take third place on the podium, while less than two minutes back Nico can be well pleased with a strong early season performance after missing significant time out of training and racing with bike crash related injuries plus health issues.
